Therapy provides a safe and confidential space for you to understand and process life's challenges. You'll develop skills to manage difficult emotions like anxiety, shame, and low mood.

We'll work together to break free from negative thoughts and self-critical beliefs, empowering you to build confidence and connect more deeply with those who matter most. The aim is to help you build a more fulfilling life!

What to expect

I seek to create a warm and supportive space

where you can talk in confidence about your difficulties and issues

that are relevant to you right now, without fear of judgement.


You are the expert in your experiences, so I will work with you to decide on a course of action to support you to make positive changes at a pace that feels most comfortable for you. We would work with whatever you bring – whether you want to work through past or current challenges/difficulties. Whether you want to explore and make sense of your experiences, to find meaning in life, or explore ways of coping.

I am an integrative practitioner; this means that I draw upon a range of psychological approaches in order to best meet the needs of the individual. These approaches include, EMDR  (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) ,Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Relational therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Person centred therapy.


I also use elements of Relaxation, motivational interviewing, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy in my work where appropriate.

Issues I work with include (but are not limited to):

  • OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, including 'Pure O')

  • Panic attacks and panic disorder
